Belgocatering-chef Robrecht Wissels reaches the world finals of the Bocuse d’Or !
We are very proud to announce you that Robrecht Wissels, his coach Patrick Spiessens and commis Mathijs Van Heule, are qualified for the world finals in Lyon!
It’s the first time that a Belgian team reaches the world finals since the preliminary rounds have been introduced to the contest.
Robrecht and his team convinced the jury with a beautiful fish- and meat plate composed around the mandatory ingredients (North Sea sole and shrimps for the fish-plate and Bresse-chicken for the meat-plate), completed with at least 3 side dishes.
And now….on to Lyon!
